Cooks (Grill, Fryer), Cashier, Food Runners & More!

Working at Campbell’s Concessions is about creating a happy, enjoyable, and fast serving experience for our customers. It’s about being independent and having fun, making new friends and earning extra money while doing so. As a Campbell’s employee, you can be the smiling face that greets customers ready to experience their first State Fair Original Corndog or become an official corndog cook!

Education:

There are no minimum educational requirements.
The minimum age to cook is 16.

Brief knowledge and skills required for the position but not limited to:

  • Experience using fryers and or grills would be great, but not neccesary

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time, work quickly on your feet

  • Lift up to 25 lbs as needed, be prepared for physically demanding work

  • Ability to withstand heat and humidity

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, high pressure environment

  • Able to work in crowded conditions and around large groups of people.

  • Team Player and willing to learn

  • Reliability and integrity

Experience:

Onsite job training. Previous experience is not required.

Important to Note:

  • There are limited spots available for ages 14 & 15 year olds.

  • Work hours may vary depending on weather conditions and employee attendance.

  • You must fill out an application first!! After completing an application and being selected, you will be notified on how to proceed with setting up an in person interview.

    You must have a guardian's signature and approval while filling out the application.

  • You are required to bring in two forms of identification to your interview to be considered for employment.

    A Photo ID (Drivers License or Passport or Identification Card or School ID)

    Social Security Card

    Sport Schedules, important dates & times we will need to know when creating a schedule.
