The Depot delivers nonstop energy with the largest dance floor and over a 1,000+ plus seating and standing on the Iowa State Fairgrounds, a lively DJ, and professional sound and lighting to keep the party going. Our menu features crowd favorites — the renowned Shaved Sirloin Steak Sandwiches, Pickle Pizza, Walking Tacos, and classic burgers and cheeseburgers topped to order. Pair your meal with a thoughtfully selected lineup of domestic, imported, and craft beers.

Whether you’re dancing the night away or enjoying a casual meal with friends, The Depot is the place to be at the Iowa State Fair. Our expertly curated craft and specialty beer lineup features rare finds, local favorites, and small-batch brews you won’t see anywhere else. Whether you prefer hoppy IPAs, smooth stouts, or wacky state fair themed beers, we offer an unparalleled selection to satisfy every beer enthusiast.

The Depot will only be available the first Sunday through the second Friday for Corporate and Private Parties. There will be a $1000 deposit prior to reserving the space. Payment must be received before space can be reserved. We will not reserve any space at the Depot the first Thursday through the first Saturday, and the last Saturday and the last Sunday of the Iowa State Fair.
